SRX5066970: RNA Seq of Anopheles gambiae bloodspots without probe
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina MiniSeq) run: 2.6M spots, 350.6M bases, 144.7Mb downloads

Design: RNA Seq of Anopheles gambiae bloodspots that underwent rRNA depletion protocol using RNAse H/RT WITHOUT probes
Submitted by: Washington University in St. Louis
Study: A variety of mosquito species from both laboratory colonies and field collections Raw sequence reads
show Abstracthide Abstract
Sequencing libraries are from multiple species of mosquitoes that were subjected to rRNA depletion using our novel RNAseH/RT approach. Our results indicated that, following our methodology, significant amounts of mosquito rRNA can be depleted from both laboratory samples and complex field samples.
Sample: Invertebrate sample from Anopheles gambiae
